ITALY Carrara marble tiles
Italy Carrara marble tiles are probably one of the most recognised
marbles in the world and certainly one of the most popular.It has
been quarried for generations in the Carrara area of Italy. It’s
popularity has increased dramatically over recent years as a
sophisticated marble tile for floors and bathrooms.
We tend to only stock the Italy Carrara marble tiles which are
slightly lighter with less grey undertones. Always check the grade
before ordering. We stock some Bianco Carrara tiles in a range of
sizes and can supply special sizes to order.
There is the option of square or slightly bevelled edge,the
advantage of the micro bevel is a far neater appearance than a sawn
edge.Bevel edge tiles are usually slightly more expensive.We
usually supply bevelled edge tiles unless square edge is
specified,usually on larger sizes.
We only source our Carrara marble from the district of Carrara in
Italy from quarries we have dealing with for many years.Some
companies offer a cheaper alternative usually from Turkey and call
it Bianco Carrara so it is worth determining the source of the
marble before you make a decision.
