How to check the quality of a quartz slab
1) see: with two different brands of the sample in the sunny
condition of the naked eye contrast, can be compared to its
brightness, know its good or bad.
2) delimit: with the use of a sharp tool on the surface of quartz

swab out, it shows that its hardness is not enough.
3) bubble: quartz stone is placed in easily dyed articles (such as
soy sauce, coffee, nicotine), and after a period of time, if quartz
stone is dyed, its permeability is poor.
4) smash: if a certain weight object is hit on the surface of
quartz stone, it can be seen the degree of fragmentation. If
fragmentation is too much, it means that its compactness and
hardness are not enough.
5) drops: a certain proportion of strong acid and strong alkali on
the surface of quartz stone, can see whether it has bubbles, if
there is, it is mixed with calcium carbonate. Of course, why to use
strong acid and strong alkali, is because the general situation
mixed with a small amount of calcium carbonate, if the use of
acetic acid or weak acid is not possible to react.
